AI Workflows & Tools

We map how your team works, then build the AI that does the repetitive part.

Custom pipelines and internal tools for one brand, team or industry. Not a chatbot bolted on: a system your people use every day, built around how they already work.

Systems we’ve built

The real tools are private to each client, so each one is replayed here with made-up sample data.

OptionsLab

Script to YouTube Short

Before: Every short meant writing hooks, finding visuals, recording a voice, editing and captioning by hand.

The team drops in a script. The pipeline rewrites it into hooks in OptionsLab's own tone, makes the images and clips, voices it, captions it, and an intelligence layer cuts it all into a finished short.

The Creative Championship

Match report from one document

Before: After every matchday someone had to type up stats, reports, subs and cards, and keep every player and club record in sync.

Staff upload the match's Wyscout report or just enter the scoreline. The tool works out the rest: stats, the written report, substitutions and bookings, all linked to the right players, clubs, tournament and season. No human in the loop.

Atlas Legal Practitioners

Social video editor for a law firm

Before: Each social video needed an editor, even when only the words changed.

A video tool built around Atlas's look. The team changes the captions, the on-screen text and the clip, then exports in the right size and posts. Brand, timing and motion stay consistent every time.

New video in minutes, no editor needed

Start small, with one process and a fixed price.

01

Workflow Audit

About a week, fixed price

We sit with your team, map one process end to end, and show exactly where AI fits. You get a costed plan and a small working demo on your own data.

02

Build

Quoted from the audit

We build the pipeline or tool in short sprints, with your team testing real work as we go. It plugs into the tools you already use.

03

Run

Optional monthly

We host it, keep the models current, watch the costs and keep improving it as your team finds new jobs for it.

What could it do for your team?

A few ideas by industry. If your team repeats the same job every week, there is usually a pipeline in it. Sketch yours.

Questions

What is an AI workflow?+

A chain of steps where AI does the repetitive parts of a job your team already does, such as reading documents, writing first drafts, making images or video, or sorting requests, with people checking the parts that matter. It is built around your process, not a general chatbot.

Do we need a technical team to use it?+

No. We build the tool so the people who do the job today can use it, usually as a simple screen, a shared folder, a form or a chat. We train the team and stay on hand.

Can it work with the tools we already use?+

Usually, yes. Pipelines can read from and write to things like Google Drive, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp, Shopify or your own database. The audit confirms what is possible for your setup.

What does it cost?+

Every build starts with a fixed-price Workflow Audit, so you know the cost of the build and its monthly running costs before you commit. Book a call and Sylva will quote the audit.

Why can't we see the real tools?+

They are private to each client and run on their data. The demos on this page replay how each system works using made-up sample data.

Tell us the job your team repeats.

We’ll tell you honestly whether AI can take it off their plate.
